How to do if there is quality problem on the goods?

Every door was inspected under quality standard before it is packed. We will not send the goods out if there is problem. But we will help you solve it in time if there is problem. We also need you help to select information as much as possible for us to study the real reason.

If the goods was damaged during the transportation, how to solve it?

Firstly we need to select as many pictures as possible to study the situation of the damage, and whether the goods was damaged during the inland transportation of Shipper, consignee, or on sea, then we will go to communicate with the people accordingly for compensation. The goods could be remade.
